How long will my order take to arrive?
Every item is made to order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days, then delivery within the United States takes 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Delivery is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum spend.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At the moment we only ship within the United States.
How do the sweatshirts fit?
Our crewnecks have a classic relaxed unisex fit. If you prefer an oversized look, we suggest ordering one size up. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because every item is printed individually for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, we will replace it or refund you in full. See our Refund Policy for details.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We will make it right, at no cost to you.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started.
How should I care for my sweatshirt?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. Do not iron directly over the print. This keeps the print sharp for longer.
Are your designs original?
Yes. Every design is our own, developed with AI assisted tools and refined by hand. We do not use licensed characters or trademarked material.
