Returns and Refunds

All of our items are made to order and printed individually for each customer. For this reason we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at bamedysetsy@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs showing the problem. We will respond within 2 business days.

Wrong item received

If you receive the wrong product, size or color, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Lost parcels

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not started. After production begins the order cannot be cancelled.

Address errors

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at your cost.
